Not impressed so far
Opened new account Friday 11th April 4:00pm. Soon up and running - seeing sites both thro' net and ftp.
Saturday 12th April 8:00am - in process of downloading via ftp link when suddenly lost connection. Over next 1.5 hours check that web site hosting not accessible via net or ftp.
Saturday 12th April 9:30am - still not accessible - post ticket and receive confirmation of receipt
Saturday 12th April 1:30pm - web site hosting still not accessible, no posts indicating server problem and no response to ticket. Called help-line. Spoke to a nice gentleman with a pronounced Indian accent who said the ticket was being investigated but could offer no additional information. A challenge about the acceptability of a server being down for over 5 hours with no feedback to the customer resulted in a similar response.
