I'm very new to website creation/webhosting etc. so please excuse me if I ask dumb questions!
I set up a Copper Cpanel hosting package yesterday and (I believe) successfully directed a seperate domain name to it. My aim is to set-up a Wordpress blog, and thus I need to set up a MySQL database. However, in order to do this I need to access Cpanel.
When I signed up I believed that Cpanel was included in the package, but I cannot find a way to access it. I've looked in my eukhost.com/mb control panel and trawled through eukhost.com/support, as well as the forums and the knowledgebase but I still cannot find a way to access it.
Is it something I need to install/pay for separately?
Can anyone help?
