Joomla is not just number 1 with noobs as you say, google “Joomla Awards” and see why it is number 1. Professionals in PHP have voted it Number 1 open source CMS for years.
Check this link Joomla! - Spotlight on Successful Joomla! Sites and see who is using Joomla, including The United Nations Regional Information Centre for Western Europe, and I don’t think they use it because it’s free, it’s because it’s the best CMS for the job.
If you do ban Joomla from “your server” that should dramatically cut your customer base, eventually, probably to zero, that should stop them bothering you.
I thought that this forum was for constructive advice from other users and system admin, not negative ill informed statements.
PS, Are you using VPS Hosting for reselling? Not good for other VPS Hosting users. I believe re-seller accounts should only be on Dedicated Servers, then they only affect themselves.
Please do not argue whether Joomla is good or bad within this thread. This topic is specifically for support, and for no other purpose. If users continue to argue about Joomla, I will lock the topic.

If you are interested however in discussing Joomla, please find the appropriate section on the eUKhost forums to post in.

Thank you
