I am another person who has been with eUKhost for over a year now and I was also perfectly aware that the free domain is offered to new customers as a 1 year deal - not permanent.
Far from reporting this kind of misunderstanding - which is what it is as it has been stated, even if only in the threads on the forum that this deal was only for the first year - shouldn't you be thanking eUKhost for saving you £9 for the first year? Granted, it may have previously been unclear in
certain parts of the
website hosting and ordering process but it doesn't take much digging to find out its only for 1 year. And also, by just having a little think about it, I am sure your aware that no hosting company offers free domains year on year - and the ones that do add the renewal price onto the hosting package (hence there hosting is more expensive than eUKhosts) so in effect you are still paying for it.
Just a thought for you to mull over at your discretion
