Seems that the real fraudster has been dealt with appropriately by eUKhost.
. Well done eUK for swift and just handling of the situation. In my opinion, eUKhost have been more than fair by issuing a refund and have also refunded him for services that he has used.
Hes lucky it wasn't me he was getting the hosting from otherwise I would have suspended the account, without chance of it being reinstated - even till the end of the current billing month. I would have refunded the month in advance and sent him packing.
Also technically lieing on the registration form is undoubtbly a breach of the TOS and domain registration rules so Gary, you should consider yourself very lucky to have got any sort of refund. Most hosts would not give you a penny back for such flagrant and not to mention fraudulant breaches of the TOS. This isn't even taking to account the other issues that have happened on different forums.
