Hi Jeff,
Click on '
Yes' to bypass the message every time it appears & continue using the mail server to download your email.
Or follow the
instructions below to install the server's cPanel certificate into your local machine's trusted certificate repository & then forget about the problem...
Open cPanel control panel login page using the
secure link (
https://domain.com:2083 ), an SSL security warning window will popup.
Click on "View Certificate" & then click "Install certificate".. You may need to remove any previously installed SSL certificates for the same web site hosting before you install.
Here are the steps to remove any previously installed certificates:
Internet Explorer:
1) In IE, choose
Tools, then
Internet Options, Select the
Content tab, & then click
Certificates.
2) Select the tab labeled
Others & remove the corresponding entries.
Mozilla Firefox:
Launch the browser, click
Tools navigate through
Options, Advanced, Encryption, View Certificates, Web sites. Delete the existing corresponding entries..
If you are using Netscape or Opera, you must switch to Internet Explorer before following the instructions above to install the certificate.
If you don't, you will continue to get the warning message in the email client.
You won’t be prompted with the warning message from appearing again in the email client..

Let us know if you still want any further assistance with this..
