The warning you are having doesn't seem directly relational to your problem. The red flashing status light you are refering to is regarding disk space - disk space should not affect whether your
website hosting is loading or not.
Now if your problem was that you couldn't create a new file, or save updates to your
website hosting, then maybe they would be related but the one thing to remember is that load is not proportional to disk space.
You can have loads of disk space free and a very high load on a server. Equally you can have very little disk space free and a low load on the server. There is no direct link between the two.
