web hosting for 18 domains to yourself as we wanted a UK BASED HOSTING COMPANY!
We have had issues with our
web hosting today, after more than 45mins via the online chat, it appeared 'Paul' and 'Williams' were useless.
So, we called the freephone support UK TOLL phone number.
Wow! Not English?!?
We were cut off on 4 different calls including a 'manager'.
Myself and my MD John Wellwood are not best pleased.
We have been told our account has been suspended for receiving too many emails.
We can not receive any emails, and for every minute we can't receive a client email were are potentially loosing thousands of pounds.
My MD is on the phone as we speak, asking for a UK based phone number to complain and have our issue resolved.
