Also, each migration has meant a great deal of work on my part as certain settings didn't make the migration (last time all of the NS records remained pointing to the old server). On many of the sites I have extensively configured the MX records and would hate to think that these settings would need to be reconfigured.
I'm sure you can understand my reservations. What I don't want is to be sitting here in a couple of months time complaining that the new server is slow and being told that the poor performance was normal for that server and would I like to be moved.

I do understand problems involved with migration, but there's no solution to migrations in hosting industry as its really difficult to keep same server running smoothly for more than 24 months. We've tried to continue some servers for more than 24 months in past and one or the other problem starts cropping up which spoils previous performance records of that specific server.
Kingair has no such problem as of now, but you say it has slowed down recently which has no other solution. it won't run as fast as it was at the time of setup.
Earlier I thought you were hosted on one of our Q6600 server, but Kingair has x3050 CPU ( 2.13 GHz ) with only 4 GB RAM. this Server can never compete with a Q6600 server and Q6600 can never compete with a E5420 server.
Moving to E5420 server should give you peaceful hosting experience for at least 24 months.
Even eUKhost.com and Support.eukhost.com is moved to a better specification server every year. its not that we love migrations, but performance of server degrades with time and one has to trust Intel with their new CPU's. All you can do is find solution to migrate servers without any downtime and we have managed to do that.
Intel or AMD won't sell new CPU's if people don't upgrade their servers and computers
