I'm on puma too, and I've lost files on much of my
website hosting about 30mins before it went down. Many of the subfolders appeared blank under FTP, but they clearly weren't, because if they were, important class files wouldn't be defined, and my
website hosting would give an error and not load. Is this related to the downtime, or a seaprate issue?
