As I sated before, some of our users (Virgin Customers) have similar issues, They cannot connect to our web site hosting on a regular basis, if they can connect , the pages sometimes hang before fully loading.
This has been going on for some time now and the strange thing is, if they have problems on our site, they can usually access other sites on the web.
The co-owner of our web site hosting ( Virgin Customer) often messages me saying he can not connect to the site, can i do something? I have to reply to him that as it does not happen to me ( Non Virgin Customer) I cannot find a fault when I cannot see a problem
