I'm getting the same issues aswell with Virgin.

There seems to be no pattern to it at all throughout the day.

This morning I changed to using a proxy and could connect via virgin, but at the moment I can't by using the same proxy. The standard proxy is 195.188.152.14:8080 for VM.

For me this is not working at the moment, but my resolver is, but is painfully slow.

Trace's and ping return good results for me. 9 or 10 hops, with 20 ms time.

I haven't hit any upload or download limit with VM, and are on the 20Mb service.
