he was on chat with me the other day for over 3 hours, resolving some PHP issues and I was like a lost child.
To be honest, in all the chats I have had, I have only had one bad experience - and even then it was probably more likely me not explaning it properly.
I even had one guy one night, who once we finished the teccie stuff had a chat about general day to day stuff - before eukhost hunt him down - there was NOONE else waiting - it was after midnight on a wednesday night.
all good service deserves rewards - these guys surpass all other hosts that I have experience with
