Hi Richard,
Alex has sorted this problem. You had wrong mod_rewrite rules in your .htaccess. He managed to remove those rules and internal pages of your website hosting are working now.
Your webmasters should have managed to figure out this as mod_rewrite rules were uploaded from their end.
