I am writing to thank you for the excellent support service your company has recently provided to us when we were experiencing issues with sites migrated from our dedicated server to a VPS (both the dedicated and VPS are with eUKhost). Your assistance in correcting a scripting issues with one of our customers websites was greatly appreciated - and is the first time i have seen a webhost to assist with such matters!

In particular, Nick and Sebstian where of great help in resolving the problems with the dedicated/VPS account migrations, and showed no hesitation to provide much needed support as and when required. Their offer to migrate all data and settings to a new VPS saved us hours which would of been otherwise lost on transfering data and setting up the accounts again.
