Having read all of your recent postings and, as I have no hidden agenda (i.e. I'm not an employee, agent for, moderator o.b.o. eUKhost), forgive me please for expressing an opinion and asking a couple of questions, after a short preamble?

In my first three months with eUKhost I ran into considerable problems with Linux VPS Hostings, multiple times and nearly departed BUT, I always conducted my discussions with them in private, by telephone, Messenger Chat or Support Ticket — you chose a different method of ranting and I'm just left wondering if it was the right way to go about it? We'll never know ...

But back to the point, ALL of the problems with unreliability, sluggish performance, thrashed hardware etc., went away as soon as I took the (financial) risk of taking on a dedicated Linux server. From the ridiculous to the sublime, there was no comparison! What's stopping you from taking this step?

OK, so you'd need a Windows server (and maybe that's not as analogous as I think it ought to be), but as a presumably successful reseller, isn't this close to being affordable for you too? I reckon it's worth trying out as a final step before going off to another (unproven) provider, particularly as you'd have a money-back guarantee and some possible pricing negotiation if you remained, hmm? Take the gamble ...

FWIW, my view is that virtual server technology is only as reliable as the other idiots on your node allow it to be and there's always at least one, wherever you go — you upgrade to a semi-dedicated and it's the same scenario, just fewer power-users but they're as potentially disruptive, if not worse! I don't think it much matters how superior the hardware is — yes it helps, but only temporarily in my view and, as VPS Hosting hosting becomes more affordable it exacerbates these issues. YMMV?
