Ever since I moved to Eukhost, I have been pleased with the service and quick response from support on any issues, however today you have let yourselves down.

It appears that the webmail service has been down on Kingair all day. This may be a result of the upgrade over the weekend, for which an email was received last week.

However looking through the forums, there is nothing about the upgrade, so not sure if it happended or about the Webmail service being down.

I have gone through live chat a couple of times today to query the status on this only to be advised it is being worked on and should be a couple of hours. It is more than a couple of hours since I last asked and nothing yet.

Surely this is the type of issue that the forums should be used for to keep customers up to date with status.
