Ive tried to resolve this via chat support and email but have had no joy. I was first told that rDNS wasnt set up correctly but had been amended. This was over 48 hours ago and this issue still is not resolved.. I have emailed support again yesterday and today, my last email has not received a reply.
Could someone take a look at this for me please, I have 10-20 Hotmail users on average signing up a day and they have not been receiving activation emails... I have had to remove email activation on my
website hosting, which causes other issues for me, as I suspect this is also affecting AOL users.
(just to confirm) This issue has only occured since I moved my
website hosting to the new server last weekend.
