If you're on shared hosting, you'll be using the shared SSL. This is a self signed certificate and although secure, it will show warnings. These are there in case you accessed a web site hosting which pretended to have a secure SSL when infact they could see the data.
If you want to get rid of them, you'll need to purchase a SSL Certificate from a trusted company. eUK can do this for you as you'll need to get a separate IP address for it.
