Seems like Puma is possibly experiencing some difficulty at the moment. I am sure that this will be resolved shortly but also don't forget (if you haven't already done so) to raise a support ticket - support.eukhost.com

EDIT - All servers, as far as I am aware, are set to block an IP if it makes multiple failed pop3 or FTP login attempts - this is to preserve the security of your web site hosting and the server that hosts it.
