I can see that you have a certain point in a way. As well as having information on all the packages maybe there could do with being a little bit more company inforamtion on the front, like size, recent developments, the datacentre etc and then possibly a link for more detailed information, and the pictures that have been posted on the forums of the staff / datacentre etc.
Just an idea - maybe that will re enforce customers opinions that eUKhost is a substantial operation?
