I totally agree with the above. This is absolutely unacceptable. For god's sake, we've got business resting here. I can well imagine if you've got 10, 20, 30 client's
website hostings on here, then the phone'd be ringing off the hook, and I havent managed to get any work done today at all. One and a half hours wasted.
