OK, I am still humming and haring about what option to go for, so some question on dedicated, fist off, what location is the data centre (dont need the full address)
Is physical access granted if needed?
Is it a completley managed service, so if the os or cpanel goes tits up, do you guys sort it out, or is it up to us (with your help if needed?
I notice out of the box it only comes with one drive, should this be considered an issue, or should one go for a seconded on raid1?
What is the turn around time for HW failure?
I am sure I will think of some mroe questions but that will do for dedicated, I have some for semi, but to follow good forum behavour I will post them in the correct forum.
