The way you guys pulled out all the stops to get me and my customers back on-line after loosing our last host, is second to none. We only signed up with you late last night, and by this afternoon all the problems had been resolved (and there were a few)
It has been a long time since I have received support this good, and very late on a sunday night as well as a bank holiday morning.
All I need to work out to be honest is if I stay on a reseller package, semi or dedicated.
(Oh and if someone could give ticket #DFQ-16909-692 a push it would be helpfull although non critical)
P.S. With a semi or dedicated does one get full WHM access or just the same access as a reseller account?
