All I need to work out to be honest is if I stay on a reseller package, semi or dedicated.

P.S. With a semi or dedicated does one get full WHM access or just the same access as a reseller account?

With either a semi-dedicated or
dedicated server, one gets full root/administrator access to the server both via WHM and SSH, meaning that you are able to administrate your server as you wish.
