I too have the odd problem - only lasts a couple of minutes at a time and doesn't affect any other
website hostings I visit. It just affects the sites on eukhost. Email, ftp, browsing, control panel: everything.
I've got my router to use openDNS and after 30 secs it diverts to an openDNS page saying something like "Ooops, the computer that operates this web web site hosting isn't working at the moment."
And there's a link to "See what DNS servers aren't responding." Clicking this link show ns21. and ns22.eukdns.com - not responding.
I thought it might resolve after the recent Puma changeover but it is still happening.
As I said, only a couple of minutes at a time and then everything goes back to normal.
I have tried a tracert during the outage and after about 5 hops I start seeing entries like
6 London-Level1
7 New York-Level3
Haven't kept any of the printouts but will next time. Often, by the time I open up the command prompt the problem has resolved.
