OK, I sincerley hope this is the end of the issues.
Could you provide us with some more details on what server/service monitoring you do.
As this is clearly an issue you were aware was happening on this server since before the weekend, I find it anoying that you did not put any monitoring in place.
You should not have to wait for a customer to notice that no
website hostings are being served over seven hours from when the problem occurs before rectifying it.
I understand that my individual
VPS Hosting is my responsibility, buit this is an issue with the base system, something which is in your court.
