Don't know if Google will completely remove the TLDs but may give a warning (as they do with sites that have viruses) before and if they do click one. Funny enough Ask.com doesn't do the same; was trying to find an online translator - thought I found one, well I did actually - but the web site hosting had a JavaScript virus or some other sort - so unsure if only Google gives warnings regards to search engine results...
