Just wish to pass on my grateful thanks to all the EukHost tech guys. Not because of problems i have had. The server has been great, but more for the very helpful advise and assistance they have given me setting up my semi
dedicated server the way i wanted it. I am only a little familiar with WHM and even then only from a reseller point of view. The staff at eukhost have been patient and un complaining on my what must seem like basic questions.
Full marks for support and service. I have been, and are still very happy with the service i get from eukhost.
I have tried a number of hosting companies from all around the world with vastly different results. I currently have a semi dedicated account with Eukhost and 4 reseller accounts with other providers. As far as the other providers are concerned only one has had anywhere near the same professional support i have found at eukhost and that other provider boast of winning awards for its service.
I was rather sceptical of finding top level support from a UK company. How wrong i was.
Well done EUKhost and special thanks to Nick, Alex, Scott, Stanley who have guided me along the way.
I'm sorry to say this guys but I'm thinking of a full
dedicated server now and i might need some more help. Did i say might?
