Our Windows Shared Servers - 92.48.68.32 is down. The primary hard-drive has crashed on the server. The DELL Raid Controllers also broke because of which downtime could not be avoided. However, we have data backups on the USB drive attached to the server.
We have the latest backups for MySQL as well as MS-SQL ( 08/06/2008 ). The
website hosting files we have are for Friday i.e. 04/06/08. The OS is being reinstalled currently. Restoration will begin thereafter.
We apologise for all the inconvenience and trouble this is causing. We are doing our best to expedite this.
