We have been suffering high server load our
VPS Hosting for a short while.
I have been told it is because of another user on the node using the resources.
Alan was great last night and explained everything and assured me it would be sorted.
He said he had optimized the other
VPS Hosting and it would not happen again
Today again our members are unable to access the web site hosting at times and when I check the server load is sky high again !!!!
Ronan has just stopped the other
VPS Hosting using the server load again and this has brought it back down.
Could someone please tell me when this issue will be sorted permanently as it is getting a little bit annoying?
We have had a fantastic service for many months now but this just seems to be spoiling it.
