After another 5 attempts with support staff, I have reported unusually high load spikes again over the last 24 hours.

I have been told by someone that the other VPS Hosting is migrated, by someone else that the other VPS Hosting has been stopped, by someone else that load upto 3 - 4 is normal( which in fact after it goes above 3.00 for any time the site, whm and cpanel are inaccessible) ( when server load for past 6 months has been between 0.03 and 0.30 and told on a few occasions that optimizing on the other customers VPS Hosting has been done.
After the last chat session with Philip S he stated :
Quote:
Philip S: sir we have done the necessary tweaks to stablize the load on the main server
Philip S: I'm monitoring the server
jim: So the other VPS Hosting has not been migrated to a dedicated server ?
Philip S: we have stoped the other VPS Hosting and notified the client, it will be moved soon to dedicated server
Yet I was told Yesterday :

Could someone please tell me what is been done as this is getting very very frustrating?

*** Edit At 20.53 the server load just shot up to over 11.00 !!!!
This cannot be normal? ***
