I thought the point of having a VPS Hosting is so other users on the server can't affect my Dedicated Server to an extent to disrupt service; so can we get an answer from euk regarding what steps they are going to take to stop this from happening in the future?
I will discuss on this topic with some of our senior system administrators. We are analyzing some other Virtualization concepts as well as CPU resources cannot be distributed in case of VZ virtualization.

Performance of our new E5420 nodes has been fantastic and there are hardly any problems with the new nodes. IIS Web Server and MSSQL are memory intensive and one needs to have good amount of RAM on his VPS Hosting for smooth operation of IIS Web Server and MSSQL. We will check and see if we can raise RAM allocation of all VPS Hosting plans by 128 or 256 MB.
