Well here is where the fun starts.
I had one operator telling me today that the load was caused by the third party
VPS Hosting that was still on the node, I had another operator telling me that the problem was because a process on the main nod was stuck and he had to kill that process, I had another operator telling me that it was US that was causing the problem possibly due to an attack and the same operator told me that one of the other operator should not have told me what he did say because he was a junior !!!!!!!
6 months of great service, suddenly interrupted.....And no change to our software.........Dont you find this a little odd?
We know ( because of all our initial problems ) That Vbulletin is very server intensive....But why now should all these problems occur Now ? No change to the software and no excessive user use.
As you know I have another
VPS Hosting that I am testing for reliability ... And this does not have the problems we are facing !!!!!!
At the end of the day, We are paying for a service that has worked great for 6 months and suddenly is not working great and our members are keeping off the site!
Please help uKhost...We have been more than happy with you up to now......But I will not be fobbed off with different stories every time I log onto support !!!!
Also when I reported the load of 11.00+ our system was delivering a bulk email, ( through a throttled system) That very rarely goes above 2.00 for a limited time !!!!
This is when it was suddenly blamed on us for excessive cpu useage, but if you check back to our early days, we sorted this problem out with the system we employ now !!!!!
This cannot be blamed alone for the usage !!!
