You will need to wait till someone manages to repeat all those steps and finds a solution for the final step. I tried same thing last week, but then managed to figure out that there's no solution to Publishing feature in Frontpage. We decided to discontinue Frontpage extensions from all our cpanel servers ( excluding a new frontpage server ).
