I too have had numerous problems recently. My web site hosting is regularly down without explanation and the IMAP server also seems to be down as much as it is up. I know that there was a major issue with the server last week, but the problems have been happening before and after that.
It really is not acceptable. I want to continue using EUKhost because the pricing is very competitive and the support systems, such as live chat, are quick and available (even if they do try to fob you off), but if the problems persist I will have no choice but to move to another host. I hope the problems do not continue because as I said I do not wish to have to leave EUKhost.
