This is a new E5420 Server and there's absolutely no reason for this server to face such problems. We are not able to see any reason in logs nor do we see anything wrong once we reboot this server. This has happened for the 3rd time in last 4 days and we have decided to replace chassis of the server to see if there's anything wrong with Hardware of the server. I'm not sure if this problem will get sorted after replacing the Chassis as we are short of any solutions in current situation.
Our next attempt would be to replace each drive one by one if server goes down again even after replacing chassis.
