Question Domain reg/propagation hitch again

Hi folks,

I registered a domain last week that should have been propagated by now.

I submitted a support ticket regarding this and received an email from Aaron saying that because I had not emailed via my primary email ID they could not locate my billing account.

Found this a wee bit strange as I just submitted the support ticket the usual way like any previous ones, through the WHCMS system.

I'm working away from home this week, and my laptop does not have my other email addresses set up on Outlook, so I was a bit stuck there. Anyway, that aside, I emailed back with some more details and received another reply:-

The domain csfrsukrochallenge2008.com and csfrsukrochallenge2008.co.uk got successfully registered with us on the same day of the payment . Name servers for the domain is rectified to your main hosting plan . Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries. We would be glad to further assist you.
Now, I've checked and the domain still isn't showing up anywhere.

I can submit another support ticket if required, but if someone could look into this for me it would be appreciated.
