thanks to eukhost for looking after us and getting some
VPS Hosting servers setup for us quickly so we could migrate data across, until we could sort dedi`s out.
we have since brought on 4 dedi`s, all running smoothly, thanks to the assistance of the support guys... special thanks goto Keith W and Alex P.. you guys rock.
responses to tickets and emails are always excellent and alot of the time the guys i`m sure go above and beyond what they are supposed too in order to make this a hosting experience alot of other companies would envy....
along though with the big positives do come some negatives, not on the support side but on the sales side... nothing major tthough I have to admit.. but if someone of authority would like to contact us we will happily tell you the issues rather than go into public with it
overall excellent service and support
