It is good to see we are not the only
VPS Hosting users that seem to be having problems.
We have now been told that we need to upgrade plans for extra RAM.
My partner has stated he is against the idea of throwing any more money into the web site hosting for it to remain the same.
What I am finding very hard to understand is why after all this time( when we have no more users on the web site hosting than we usually have ) Do we suddenly need to upgrade?
No changes or upgrades have been made to the web site hosting at all, so why should it suddenly start to use more resources?
I understand our initial problems were the email system, But as i said we overcame that and then had about 4 months of uninterrupted low usage use.
Also as others have stated, we all seem to be given the different excuses and then in the end our sites get blamed and we have to upgrade.
