Usually, it's normal to have a few pieces of software which look like trojans - paste the results here, and I'll tell you if any of them are real trojans.
You can install ClamAV anti-virus on your
VPS Hosting - however, this is recourse intensive, if you wish to install it, drop and email to
VPS Hosting [at] eukhost [dot] com - and they'll get it installed for you.
