Just spoke to Malcom on support about another issue, and he said no changes have been made except the ones we knew about that were done whilst still suffering a load problem.
Now the dilemma is, do we stay where we are and monitor the situation, or do we move to the new machine?

I'll suggest you to wait and see how it goes for next 10 - 15 days. I don't have any explanation as our System Admins have said that nothing has been changed.
