I have checked your semi-
dedicated server and the results are as follows.

VPS Hosting is up from last 3 days.
-- Kernel messages not having single warning about memory, which shows it is not related to resources over usage at all.
-- Currently Firewall is disabled, so ICMP is not considerable.
It might be possible that you are facing this problem while cPanel update process was running or cPanel backups running.
I will request you to please paste output of traceroute to your
VPS Hosting ip address, if you face this problem again.
