Hello:
I have been having a similar problem with my
VPS Hosting since about a month ago (see ticket #HMX-60094-617 fom 16 May)... I was told that there is nothing wrong but there definately is something wrong...
I have an app on the
VPS Hosting which downloads weather data several times a day... this process takes about an hour and a half... but recently sometimes (1 out of every 5 times or so) it takes forever for these files to download... if I check the Windows Task Manager it shows very high CPU usage (anywhere from 30% to 70%)... under normal conditions the CPU usage shows less than 10%...
If i run the same batch job on my local machine it all runs fine (and with a much slower internet connection), so i know the problem is on the
VPS Hosting side...
I was originally told that a renegade
VPS Hosting on my
Dedicated Server was using all the resources and that they would stop it, which they did, and it all went back to normal... but the problem seems to be happening all the time now...
Can SOMEBODY take this seriously and look into it?... PLEASE...
