Hi Gary,
Our billing system automatically assigns nameservers of respective shared server if customers order hosting along with the domain name. If you order only domain name then it will assign default nameservers of Enom which show their sponsored advertisement.
I have changed this setting now and you won't see the sponsored advertisement on any of your new domains. You will need to take care of assigning nameservers of your server while ordering new domains as that way you won't need to login and change your nameservers everytime your new domains get registered.
