Hi Can anyone help with this?
I can download my raw logs, unzip them but can't open them to read.
I think its because they have been saved with a .com extension windows thinks they are an msdos application.
Am I right in thinking they are actually in a text format?
A bit numpty
but I can't find a way to change the file extension to .txt to make it readable.
