A customer I recently completed a
website hosting for has been using an email address I set up for him in cPanel and configured on his PC system withinhis Outlook 6.0.
I mentioned to him that he could also use Horde email to check for messages.
He now informs me he would rather use Horde email to check for messages so they are all kept in the same place.
I was under the impression that any email sent to the email address tied to that domain would also end up in Horde?. Or is that not correct?.
Is there a way to have it so he can keep the email address I set up for him in my cPanel and configured on his machine within Outlook, but
also use for him to use Horde to read his email in there?.
I've sent a couple of test emails to his email address and rather than look in Outlook, have went straight to Horde and signed in there as him, but there are never any messages in it?.
