Still trying to get my head around this.
If I send an email to an address on the domain and it comes into Outlook, It also sits in the inbox within Horde.
If I open the email and read it within Outlook, it vanishes from the inbox in Horde. I assume that is correct?.
But if I go to Horde first and open the email in the inbox in there and read it, I thought it would be stored within Horde?. Upon opening an email in Horde, reading it and then logging out, then logging back in, the email is no longer in the inbox in Horde. In fact, the email isn't anywhere now within Horde!!
Do you have to manually create a new folder ad manually move the emails from Horde's inbox into a new folder called say "My domain" in order to store emails in Horde?.
Sorry, I'm just getting confused. Obviously always known Horde was there to be used, but this is the first client that has decided they would rather use Horde than Outlook and I'm really not that well up on it all and how it all works.
