We rebooted our semi
dedicated server early afternoon and it came back fine. We repeated this again shortly after and it did not.
We are being told it is a firewall issue and it will need physical presence which will not be available before midnight. Thankfully it is Saturday but my phone is still ringing from unhappy clients.
Is this the normal speed of response?
