All our shared servers,
VPS Hosting nodes, Semi-dedicated host machines and shared servers in the subnet range of 92.48.*.* , 87.117.*.* , 78.129.*.* faced problems earlier today. The servers on the 92.48.*.* are back to normal functionality. However the servers on the other two subnets are still facing a few problems.
We first reckoned its a network problem as our network administrators were investigating it. But we still do not know the exact cause of this outage. As always we will update you all with the exact reasons and the measures taken to avoid them. We still await an official statement from the DC.
